This OE-style replacement panel restores structural integrity, wheel opening alignment, and exterior contours after rust or collision damage. Manufactured from heavy-gauge steel with factory-style flanges and pre-formed contours for a clean fit, it accepts welding, seam sealer, and paint for a long-lasting restoration. Ideal for full restorations, collision repair, or patching corroded sections, it provides durable, reliable replacement performance and simplifies installation with accurate fitment to factory mounting points.

  • Helps restore structural integrity, wheel opening shape, and exterior appearance
  • Primed or coated to resist corrosion and simplify finishing
Installation / Application:
  • Difficulty: 3/5

Instructions:
  1. Inspect and measure the damaged area; compare new panel to vehicle to confirm fit.
  2. Remove interior trim and access panels as needed to reach welds; mark and cut out the damaged section, preserving any usable flange or alignment tabs.
  3. Clean and treat surrounding metal; remove rust back to solid steel and prepare mating surfaces for welding.
  4. Test-fit the replacement panel, trimming minor areas for an exact match; clamp securely and check gaps to adjacent body panels.
  5. Tack-weld the panel in multiple spots to hold alignment, re-check fitment, and adjust as needed before completing welds.
  6. Finish weld seams using short welds to reduce heat distortion; grind welds smooth and dress edges with hammer/dolly as required.
  7. Apply rust inhibitor or weld-through primer to exposed seams, apply seam sealer to all joints, and prime the repaired area for painting.
  8. Block-sand and finish-prime to match surrounding panels; paint and reassemble interior trim and any removed components.
