Instructions:
- Park vehicle on level ground, set parking brake, and disconnect the battery for safety.
- Raise vehicle and support securely on jack stands or use an engine support bar; place a floor jack with a wood block under the oil pan for light engine support (do not lift the engine more than needed).
- Apply penetrating oil to old mount fasteners and allow to soak if corroded.
- Loosen and remove the frame-to-mount and mount-to-engine bolts while supporting the engine to prevent drop or shift.
- Remove the old mounts and clean mating surfaces on the frame and engine mounting pads with a wire brush or cleaner.
- Position the new mounts in place, aligning locating tabs or dowels if present, and hand-start the hardware.
- Lower the engine slightly onto the new mounts so the isolators seat correctly, then tighten all fasteners snugly.
- Torque all bolts to the factory specifications (consult a service manual for exact torque values) in a cross-pattern where applicable.
- Lower the vehicle, reconnect the battery, and test drive to confirm no unusual noises or movement. Re-check fastener torque after initial run-in.
