This louvered sheet metal component installs directly below the windshield and behind the hood panel. Includes louvered vent slots through which the windshield washer nozzles spray fluid onto the windshield.
The forward edge of this panel i ncludes a lap seam edge onto which the hood to cowl seal inserts. Panel bolts in place and may be painted to match your desired color choice.
This part features a black electrophoretically deposited coating (EDP, or E-coat) for superior long-ter m corrosion protection and is ready to be prepped, primed and painted without stripping.

Each time a prototype body panel comes off of a new tooling, we test fit it on a car. The marked up prototype is then used to change and improve the tools, and a new prototype is produced. This procedure might be repeated multiple times but, once the part is finally approved, you can be assured of a quality part.
