Once upon a time, the only way to obtain this hood was to purchase the entire vehicle from a Yenko dealership. This fiberglass reproduction is an exact duplicate of the original hood installed on all 1967 Yenko SYC 427 Camaro models. It can also be installed on any 1967-1969 Camaro to create a retro performance or custom appearance. Designed to mount using the original hood hinges, this hood eliminates the factory front hood latch and instead requires hood pins (available separately). Recommended for use without hood springs. For best results, use the #3965713 hood prop in conjunction with this hood. Enhance the look by adding billet aluminum hood hinges (part number CB40012).
