Instructions:
- Park vehicle on level ground, set parking brake, and block rear wheels. Loosen front lug nuts.
- Raise front of vehicle with a jack and support securely on jack stands. Remove front wheels.
- Inspect and compare old components to new kit parts to confirm fit and completeness.
- Apply penetrating oil to fasteners as needed. Remove outer tie rod ends and separate from steering knuckles using a ball joint separator.
- Disconnect and remove worn ball joints, control arm bushings, or other front-end components being replaced per vehicle service manual procedures.
- Clean mounting surfaces and inspect associated components (steering box, pitman arm, frame mounts) for damage or excessive wear.
- Install new bushings, ball joints, tie rod ends, and other supplied parts. Torque all fasteners to factory specifications.
- If any grease fittings are provided, lubricate components as required.
- Reinstall wheels, lower vehicle, and torque lug nuts to spec.
- Perform a professional front-end alignment immediately after installation to ensure proper steering geometry and tire wear.
