The front fascia of the 1969 Camaro is iconic. Be it a base model, Z/28, RS, or SS, there's no mistaking this vintage F-Body as one of the most recognizable and best looking vehicles around. However, many enthusiasts agree that one feature that really enhances the appearance of the '69 Camaro is the factory optional, Endura urethane front bumper. Color-matched to the body of the car, it's tucked-in extremely tight, virtually flush; and it gives the Camaro a cleaner, more aggressive look.
With the option code of RPO VE3, the color-matched bumper wasn't tied to any trim level or package, so any Camaro could theoretically be ordered with this option. Finding an original NOS part is almost impossible. Sourcing a suitable reproduction for restorers has also been a difficult task.
This particular part is the front bumper without brackets. Bumper brackets are available separately. See the following three part numbers DR22, K36702, K36703, for brackets and mounting hardware.
